Primary Missions

Secure the Leyline

Action

Units can spend 1 ALP to secure a leyline.

  • Units cannot perform this action if they are within reach of an enemy unit
  • Units must be within reach of the leyline marker

Scoring

At the end of the round, if they have 1 of the active leylines secured, they get 1 VP. If they have more active leylines secured than their opponent, they get 1 additional VP (2 total).

Obtain the Ley

Action

Units can spend 1 ALP to Obtain Ley from a leyline.

  • Units cannot perform this action if they are within reach of an enemy unit
  • Units must be within reach of the leyline marker
  • Each active leyline can only be obtained from once per round

Scoring

If a player obtains at least one ley during the round, they get 1 VP. If they obtain more ley than their opponent during the round, they score an additional VP (2 total).

Faction Missions

Aggression

Seek and Destroy

Hunt down and eliminate enemy units.

The first time you eliminate an enemy unit each Round, score 1 VP. If that unit was the enemy Leader, score 2 VP instead.
Max VP: 4

First Blood

Strike first and strike hard.

For each Round in which you eliminate an enemy unit before your opponent eliminates any of your units, score 2 VP.
Max VP: 4

Control

Secure Position

Methodically claim key terrain across the battlefield.

At the start of each Round, select one Objective Marker that you haven't selected this game for this Faction Objective. If your team controls that marker at the end of the Round, score 1 VP.

Mission Priorities

Complete tactical objectives to demonstrate battlefield control.

At the end of each Round (starting Turn 2), check if you have completed any of the following tasks. Score 1 VP for each task completed. Each task can only be scored once per game.
  • Control the same Objective Marker for 2 consecutive Rounds (can start counting from Turn 1)
  • Control an Objective Marker in your opponent's Drop Zone
  • Have at least one unit in your opponent's Drop Zone
  • Control more Objective Markers than your opponent

Tactical

Flanking Maneuvers

Outmaneuver your opponent by dominating different battlefield sectors.

At the end of each Round, you may mark one (and only one) quarter of the battlefield as 'Flanked' if you have more total AL in that quarter than your opponent. Each quarter can only be Flanked once per game. Score 1 VP for each quarter of the battlefield you have Flanked.

Covert Operations

Plant strategic assets across key locations.

Starting on Round 2, you may perform a special Mission Action called 'Implant Objective' on any Objective Marker you control. At the end of the game, score 1 VP for each unique Objective Marker you successfully implanted.
  • You may only implant ONE Objective Marker in your own Drop Zone
  • All other implants must be on neutral or enemy Objective Markers
  • Implants cannot be removed once placed

Attrition

Survivalist

Keep your key operatives alive under fire.

At the start of each Round, select one friendly unit that hasn't been chosen yet for this Faction Objective. If that unit is still alive at the end of the Round, score 1 VP.

Enduring Presence

Outlast your opponent through sheer resilience.

At the end of each Round, if your units have more total remaining HP on the battlefield than your opponent's units, score 1 VP.
